Joined the prorentals.com.au team in 2007
Chelsea is our Director of Administration who has recently purchased her first investment property. After moving from her childhood home town in north-west NSW, Chelsea has developed a passion for the beach and good shopping – which Brisbane serves up in abundance. Chelsea believes that prorentals.com.au offers “great service with a smile”.

James is a prorentals.com.au Partner who grew up in Cairns before obtaining an engineering degree from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Management while working in the computer industry. James co-founded prorentals.com.au in 1998 and has completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Agency Practice. He is a member of REIQ and the Navy League of Australia. James believes one of prorentals.com.au’s advantages is that the team is passionate about property as an investment; and that this passion is supported and encouraged by the firm.

Andrew is a prorentals.com.au Partner who co-founded the company in 1998. He was involved in bringing the RE/MAX franchise to Australia and has also worked as an accountant for many leading real estate agents. Andrew enjoys entertaining family and friends, and dining at his favourite Brisbane restaurants, Siggi’s or Lure. As Andrew sees it, the prorentals.com.au advantage is “the fantastic team members who genuinely care about the management of clients’ properties”.
